WHO WE ARE

A veteran of the senior living industry Mr. Nowell has served as Vice President of one of the largest developers of Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRC) in the United States.  Throughout his career he has developed over $1 billion in product including 1,000 + Independent Living, Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing units; including securing land use entitlements for the first CCRC in New York City.  Nowell received a Bachelors of Business Administration with a focus on finance from the University of North Texas.  Mr. Nowell will direct all development activities at Rosedale with the mission to serve the senior population in traditionally under-developed markets.
